I started Jiddat AI to make AI useful for ordinary businesses and learners in Pakistan.

How do I pay?
Send the course fee to one of our JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank accounts shown at checkout. Then upload the payment screenshot and the transaction ID (TID) on your order page.
When will my course open?
A real person on our team checks every payment, usually within 30 minutes during support hours. Your order page shows the status, we email you, and the course appears in My Courses as soon as it is approved.
Why do you email me a code?
To keep your account safe. When you sign up or log in, we email a 6-digit code. Only someone who can open your email can open your account. If you do not see it, check the Spam or Promotions folder.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. Log in from any phone or computer. You can also add the Jiddat AI app to your phone from the My Courses page.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Tap "Forgot password" on the login page and write your email. We email you a code to make a new password. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed one by one. Contact us with your order number within 7 days of purchase.
